What is your processing time?

As hard as I try to ship out next day, please allow up to 5 days for me to process your order being that everything is made to order. Delivery times will depend on location and type of shipping that is purchased at check out.

How long does shipping take?

I use USPS to ship all packages. Your ship time depends on your location and shipping option chosen and it should show you the amount of days it will take at checkout.

What happens if my package is delayed?

Although rare, delays are possible. Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it's completely out of our hands. We can only go by the ship times given to us by USPS. We cannot provide refunds for delayed packages.
